Bridgeport Appraisal Process Commitment

The mortgage and banking community make up the majority of Bridgeport’s business. Bridgeport is committed to providing the highest level of service and support for all of our products.

Bridgeport Appraisal utilizes an online appraisal management tool provided by AppraisalLink™.  Within 24 hours after we have received and logged your order into our system you will receive an email notification confirming receipt of the order.  Within 48 hours from the time of order, the assigned appraiser will attempt to contact the pertinent individual that will allow us access to the subject property.  Once the contact has been made you will receive a follow up email informing you of the inspection date and the proposed due date in which you can expect the completed appraisal.  If you are an active member of AppraisalLink™ you can follow this appraisal process from order to delivery in real time on your desktop.  Also, if an AppraisalLink™ member, once the assignment has been completed you can open and print a signed copy of the finalized report from the site.  For further details on how to obtain free membership and access to AppraisalLink™ please call Debbie in our office at (425) 482-2087, ext. 203.

At Bridgeport Appraisal we strive to maintain a one-week turnaround for all appraisal assignments.  However, complexity of the assignment and/or uncontrollable fluctuations in market activity could extend this turn time somewhat.  However, if you are following the process of the assignment on AppraisalLink™, you will always be able to check status in real time with no unforeseen surprises.

*Based on the complexity of the appraisal assignment, pricing may be adjusted proportionately to the scope of work required to adequately complete the assignment.  In such instances, a follow up correspondence will be sent to the client via AppraisalLink™, outlining the reason for the fee increase and the amount.  AppraisalLink™ is an online appraisal management tool utilized by Bridgeport Appraisal.
