Jason received his BS degree in Business from Central Washington University in 1999. He has been a real estate appraiser since 1998.  Jason has significant experience in all elements of residential real estate appraising.  He has strived to improve his skills through continuing education and daily appraisal experience.  Jason is a State Licensed Appraiser and is recognized by HUD to perform appraisals on FHA insured loans.  His primary counties of expertise are King and Pierce.

Jason is one of our staff specialists with regards to new construction and Relocation ERC Reports.

When not working Jason enjoys outdoor sports such as snow boarding and golfing.  He also like sot travel and spending time with family and friends in Enumclaw.
