Tom joined Bridgeport Appraisal in 1997 as an apprentice. He has rapidly gained experience and refined his skills thanks to a diligent work ethic and continuing education.  He is now a Washington State Certified Appraiser and is also recognized by HUD to perform appraisals on FHA insured loans.  His counties of expertise are King and Pierce.

Prior to joining Bridgeport, Tom worked in the Idaho logging industry and managed a small timber company.

When not working, Tom is very active as a coach in his sons' baseball programs.  He enjoys playing the guitar and spending time with his wife Christina and their five kids.  Tom makes his home in the Renton area.
