John (JB) joined Bridgeport in 1998 when he chose to pursue real estate appraising as a career. Since that time JB has rapidly refined his skills through regular education and disciplined, well organized work habits.  JB is one of our staff specialists with regards to complex residential properties such as vacant land, multi-family (2-4 units) properties, and high-end custom construction.  JB is Washington State Certified and is recognized by HUD to perform appraisals on FHA insured loans.  His primary counties of expertise are King, Snohomish and Island.

JB resides in Lynnwood.  When not working JB enjoys snow skiing and spending time with his family.
